Objectives |

The main objectives of this Task are:To disseminate the project outputs and experience gathered; To make known that while the water distribution operator is making efforts for protecting groundwater reducing abstraction, the same effort should be done by water users; To spread the notion that water is considered a precious resource and protected by the European Union and its regulations; To diffuse LIFE philosophy for water sustainability.

Actions
This Task is organised into the following main actions:
6.1 Build communication tools - includes the definition of the ASAP communication strategy, ASAP communication tools design; ASAP living web-site and forum (IT, ES, EN); Website updating and RSS service; involvement of environmental associations, invited to contribute in all dissemination activities; calls for contribution, communications and invitations to other relevant projects or actions.
6.2 Talk to water users - by means of - ASAP web site; printed material (leaflets, posters, etc.); leaflets sent along with the water bill; press releases to newspapers; LIFE-ASAP placards where works take place.
6.3 Talk to public bodies - A high level conference and workshop for public administrators, local development decision makers, water and environmental policy maker will take place in Pisa (IT).
6.4 Talk to water professionals - A high level conference and workshop for water professionals will take place in La Coruña (ES).
6.5 Publish for the layman - i.e. the editing of ASAP Layman's report in three languages (EN, IT, ES) and issued in 15.000 copies.
6.6 Set up final Event -preparing ASAP final Event. The final event will take place in Pisa (IT). The conference will be a major event dealing expressly with the theme of “Viable actions for protecting groundwater from increasing pollution vulnerability while improving drink water distribution efficiency”.
6.7 Plan “after LIFE” steps - After LIFE communication planning, along with further ASAP development steps will be planned and documented in the relevant report.
