Objectives |

The objectives of this Task are: To gather enough knowledge of the abstraction and distribution system in order to allow the capacity to project credible scenarios for setting priorities and choosing solutions; To define the boundaries of the field of action and the main interactions with the outside world; To grant smooth, reliable and effective data handling and updating; To solidly ground the data for Non-Revenue-Water (NRW). To set baselines & priority setting from consumes analysis.

Actions
This Task is organised into the following main actions:
2.1 Preliminary requirements analysis and risk assessment – carried out by analysing in detail the interactions, collisions or mismatchings between the components of the whole system in view of anticipating risks and taking preventive actions.
2.2 Preliminary loss analysis - based on available historical data.
2.3 Field action planning - the sampling design will be based on cartography and network analysis.
2.4 Build Data input Interfaces - both for field data input and cartographic geo-referenced background for EPANET V.2 modelling and simulation software.
2.5 On-field data sampling - On-field data sampling, through a measurement campaign on sampling points.
2.6 Outline ASAP Step 1 protocol - Action includes gathering relevant info, data and examples for the ASAP protocol and guidelines. The first draft will then be issued for peer-to-peer verification with other experts.
